So this is quickly becoming of one of my favorite traditions. Fall is already a favorite time of year and with Rory now so into going on adventures it is even better. This year the trek out to the Sauvie Island Pumkin Patch was super fun. Rory was into everything, and the mud was at a minimum. There is a barn with lots of animals which was a hit and the tractor pulled hay ride out to the field of pumpkins was almost as good as a roller coaster in her eyes. She did show her ultra sensitive side when we got to the field and she saw that some of the pumpkins were smashed or rotting. She started crying and saying "broken, broken". She recovered enough to enjoy the rest of the trip and all in all it was a great day!

What a great trip to the pumpkin patch!!! It's pretty cool to look at these and then to look back at last year's. What a difference a year makes! Almost all of my friends' blogs have new pumpkin patch postings. So fun. Owen went on a field trip to the pumpkin patch with his preschool on Monday, but we haven't made the family trip yet. Hopefully the weather will hold out for us.
I absolutely love the last picture of Rory. She looks like she's somehow suspended in front of the pumpkins. Framer!
Looking forward to the Monster March on Sunday :)
